5. Other white goods and things for cooking
The building is fully secured; swipe key is used for the main door of the building and lifts. It is also close to central station, UTS, Uni Syd, Broadway Shopping Mall, Chinatown. You wouldn't have a problem running out of food because a convenient store is located just beside the building.
Housemates are nice and helpful mainly student. Max of 5 people including yourselves
All we need from you are your prompt payment of rent, sense of responsibility and tidiness. No partying inside the unit.
